Due to a horrific accident, I broke my back, damaged and spine and was left paralysed from the waist down. As far as injuries go, this one was as serious as it gets and the only thing that could improve my condition was physiotherapy. I consider myself very lucky that we found out about Dr. Gargi from team physiotherapy, who not only did an excellent job with my rehab but also provided me with mental counselling, motivation and most importantly hope. She took one look at my MRI scans and assessment of my leg muscles and said on the very first day that I would be normal again. Fast forward two months, I can stand on my own legs, walk using a single stick and perform all my day to day chores independently and I'm on my path to a complete recovery. Dr. Gargi's skills and knowledge have given me second chance at normal life and I shall be eternally greatful for it!

I took physiotherapy for my right hand after joint implant, DR. manik ma'am gave me treatment , in some exercise sessions my hand movement and strength got back as like before accident, all exercise given by DR. manik ma'am was very helpful in recovery of my right hand. thank you DR. manik ma'am and team physiotherapy services.

I was undergoing physiotherapy for the last one month or so. Dr. Sharvari Datar gave me the treatment. I had around 7 to 8 sessions, and happy to share that I had a very wonderful experience. She was very punctual and always enthusiastic. A very soft spoken and knowledgeable doctor. Very informative and helpful. My problem is solved upto 99% and hope to be fully fit with the exersise within a month's time. She taught me to do the said exercises and on my request she gave it in writing too. Thanks to Dr. Sharvari and Team Physiotherapy. Thanks to Dr. Archana Ranade too.

I was lucky to find Nivara at a time when most other physiotherapists had not been able to help me resolve my knee issue. Dr. Sharvari is a wonderful physiotherapy practitioner. She took the time to understand my problem, spoke to me about my lifestyle and gave me exercises that significantly reduced my knee pain.
